Return Policy

Retail Customers

We have a 10 day return period for all retail customers.

Just send us an email to info@igorshoesus.com and let us know that you would like to return the shoes. Shoes must be in new condition and returned with the shoe box. Do not affix the shipping label directly to the shoe box. It damages the shoe box and we can no longer sell the shoes. The return will not be accepted if the shoe box is damaged in this manner. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will email you a return label. The return shipping fee is $8.95 for the first item. Each additional item included in the same return will incur an additional charge of $1.95 per item.

Wholesale Customers 

For our wholesale customers (the stores that we sell to) all sales are final. You must notify us of any product shortages or defect within 48 hours of receiving the products.
